IB Training
MYP teachers have attended many different training sessions the past few months. We had a group of 8 staff members attend a regional IB symposium in January. Also in January Godwin hosted a Math Networking Session with other IB teachers from around the region. In March, Mrs. Boddie attended the annual Mid Atlantic Regional Coalition meeting for administrators and coordinators.  Mrs. Pannocchia and Mrs. Boddie attended a PE Networking session in April. All of these sessions were very informative and helps keep our staff up to date with current IBMYP practices.

IB Fast Fact: The Learner Profile
The International Baccalaureate Organization offers three educational programmes:
Primary Years Programme,  Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme.
All of these programs embrace the learner profile as the characteristics that are to be
developed in young people.  The ten characteristics are :
